In the sphere of business, AI is poised to deliver a transformational impact. Though it is already in use across thousands of companies, we have just simply started to scratch the surface of its potential to ease and improve marketing, customer experience, sales and operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business leaders specifically believe AI is going to be fundamental in future so much so that 72% termed it a business advantage.(Source:<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/pwcartificialintelligence.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PwC<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">38% of the businesses polled are already using AI technologies and 26% plan to do so by 2018.(Source: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/narrativescience.com\/Resource-Library\/PR\/62-of-organizations-will-be-using-artificial-intelligence-ai-technologies-by-2018\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">narrative science<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">58% of US business executives polled were already using AI\u2014particularly in conjunction with big data technologies. Of those, (32%) said voice recognition and voice response solutions were the AI technologies they used most.
