Satisfied customers are the best form of marketing you can get, so here are some of the ways you can improve your customer\u2019s shopping experience and in turn, boost your e-commerce sales? <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Make Functionality Your #1 Priority<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automatic image sliders, transparent (ghost) buttons, parallax scrolling, and video backgrounds are just some of the many trends that have taken off quickly, simply because they are aesthetically pleasing. But there\u2019s a big difference between something looking nice and functioning properly. But what makes navigation intuitive? It\u2019s quite simple actually: if visitors can achieve what they want without interruption and having to invest too much effort, then your website is intuitive. As simple as it sounds, a very small number of e-commerce stores are actually intuitive to use. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigation should always be user-friendly and intuitive to use. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usability.gov\/how-to-and-tools\/methods\/card-sorting.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Card sorting<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is one of the many methods you can use to develop and evaluate your information architecture and gain a better understanding of visitors\u2019 expectations where products, pages, and on-page elements should be.
