Vijith Sivadasan is a technophile entrepreneur driven by an innovative streak and empathetic leadership. He founded Codelattice in 2009 while still working his first job and nurtured and scaled it from one location in India to eight countries in the last 12 years.

Vijith started off his engineering career with Infosys and moved around the globe to work for corporations like GE, AON, and Northwestern Mutual.

Packed with a decade of experience and a keen eye for detail, Vijith started mentoring and investing in several startups including Above-5, Booked Happy, Level74, Bayzon, and Digital Orange. He is one of the early investors in FreshToHome, the world’s largest online brand in fresh fish and meat e-commerce.

Vijith specializes in managing investments in startups and maneuvering creative, impactful, and futuristic strategy management with emerging businesses to build high-value enterprises. He has also been nurturing several companies globally, helping them grow and manage exits.

Vijith is a practitioner of sustainability and is the co-founder of Igloopupa, an online platform where sustainable travelers can find carbon-negative vacation rentals.

An entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the MarTech and AdTech industry. Experienced in building and operating organisations in these domains.

A proven entrepreneur having experience of co-founding and leading Codelattice for eight successful years (2009- 2017). Under his leadership, Codelattice excelled in the field of digital marketing from brand activation to analytics. Axel is the marketing advisor of the company. Handling marketing roles at the helms of a fast-growing company equipped him with the complete view of how marketing communication is carried out. Axel believes immensely on the potential of an energetic team to execute the intensive technology and strategic initiatives.

A technology geek, inventor, engineer and an entrepreneur. His key interests are in programming and electronics. He worked in Research and Development environment throughout his career. An expert in database technologies, cloud computing and architected many applications and build numerous BigData applications. He invented multiple products and holds patents.

He has worked in scientific projects like humanoid robots and stereoscopic vision technology for self-driving vehicles. Presently he is doing research in Data Engineering and IoT at Newcastle University. Co-founded Codelattice & Splendre, built the team and laid technical foundation of these organizations.

Vikas is the CTO and Managing Partner of Codelattice and works out of Dubai. He holds a master’s degree in computer applications and excels in the execution of business strategies. In more than a decade and a half, Vikas has built up an impressive record of nurturing organizations with agility and resilience and inspiring technical excellence.

He set up and helmed digital resource companies like BOA8 and Orange Interactive Technology and played a pivotal role in founding and building Digital Orange, a technology company in The Republic of Macedonia, Eastern Europe, that was later acquired for its impressive growth.

He is also involved in research activities for better technical deployment and real-time improvisation in the company.

Other than business, Vikas is a passionate cricketer who hasn’t missed a single day of his weekly game outings in the last nine years.

Although Vikas spent most of his adult life in Dubai, his roots are in Kerala. He is on a mission to develop tremendous opportunities for the teeming technical crowd in Kerala and joined hands with Codelattice to do just that.

Experienced professional (25+ years) in the global online travel industry. Robbert built companies since 2000. Supporting a number of top travel companies in Europe. Building new ventures. His key strength is in technology, e-commerce , marketing automation, and creating easy & affordable solutions.Robbert today, is co-founder and investor in Codelattice Europe, Mobility Rental Group, upHere, and Robinhood. And a board member in various companies.

Abdul Khadar, the CEO of Codelattice Canada, is a creative technologist helping businesses build a brand persona through digital innovation. Hailing from Bengaluru, Khadar worked in West Asia for 19 years before moving to Canada where he now lives and leads the company.

Khadar is a certified salesforce marketing cloud consultant and an avid tech blogger. He supported the operations of Codelattice Europe in an earlier capacity before co-founding Codelattice Canada. He has a bachelor’s in Economics, is a trained software engineer and has an MBA in Information Technology.

A believer in the infinite possibilities of innovation, Khadar has always placed the Internet at the center of his approach to reinventing products, services, brands and business processes.

Khadar has provided digital and business consulting services in automotive, financial, real estate and healthcare sectors. His creative tech solutions have been availed by a range of brands spanning across industries. He has managed projects and shaped new ideas and better digital approaches for brands like GM, Verizon, Emaar, Cleaveland, J&J, Coke, and RAKBANK.

He is also an active philanthropist and has worked with children with special needs through START in Dubai. He has also worked with charity programs such as Dubai Cares and been a part of its launch.

Ruud van Rijn is a business IT entrepreneur driven by making sustainable impact using smart eco systems. He founded his first business in 2008 and developed a solid eco system for business operation, innovation and transformation in Europe.

Ruud started off his career in Business IT operations and transformation in 1999 and moved around Europe to work for corporations like Capgemini, MUFG, Air France KLM and a number of clients in Finance and Government.

Packed with over 2 decades of experience and a keen eye for getting things done, Ruud invested in app development, scaling various EU webshops in fashion and food and off grid housing solutions.

Ruud specializes in managing expectations and achieving strategic objectives in predictable steps, large where possible, small if needed.

Sara has a 20 year career in nonprofit and government senior leadership and executive positions, building and growing innovative programs while strengthening organizational infrastructure in the areas of board management, staff development, program financial management, and program reporting. During her tenure at some of New York City’s foremost AIDS service organizations and health centers, she doubled the divisional budget, integrated a merged organization, and with colleagues from New York University, published findings from cutting edge HIV prevention programs.

Sara holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Yale University’s School of Management and a Masters Degree Public Health from Hunter College. Sara is also a Project Management Professional.

Anil Balan is a technology veteran who is an Independent Director of Codelattice based out of Calicut in Kerala.

Anil is also the co-founder of Splendre EyeMag Private Limited and Last Mile Consultants Technology Solutions Private Limited and has been a technical trailblazer to startups in strategic planning and business growth.

He has travelled extensively handling multiple IT Projects and has experience in dealing with clients across multiple geographies in West Asia – Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Australia, Malaysia, the US and the UK. He was in the US for more than six years before returning to Bangalore and then to Calicut, his current home town.

In an earlier assignment, he oversaw the growth of the software testing delivery unit of Tech Mahindra as a Business Unit Head expanding it to 1000+ employees and addressing customer challenges across the UK, Europe, MEA and APAC. He has worked with leading multinational organisations like HCL - Perot Systems (now Dell), and Sonata Software. With his invaluable experience in the industry segment, he is today a mentor and advisor to select high-growth start-ups in the Malabar Region.

He is also currently serving as the Vice President of the Calicut Management Association (CMA) affiliated to the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi.

Deepu Mohan Puthrote is a polyglot software engineer based in London and is an Independent Director of Codelattice. He is a fan of LISP, functional programming, Clojure and emacs and is a certified AWS solutions architect with experience working in AWS cloud platform.

In his 9-year-old career, Deepu has made a mark working in fintech, banking, social media, advertising, travel and government sector domains. He has a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Calicut and a master’s in E-Business and Information Systems from Newcastle University, UK.

He has also contributed to open source projects like Dropwizard, Play framework etc. on GitHub and is a travel, tech, and fitness enthusiast who has travelled to five continents including Antarctica.

Deepu is a principal engineer at Funding Circle and has worked with Valtech, Expedia and Kainos in the United Kingdom. Before this, he worked at Collective and JMR Infotech, both at Bengaluru, India.
