I subscribed to Zoho One through Codelattice in November 2025 with the intention of learning the platform thoroughly and also using it for two upcoming projects — one focused on training and another on consulting. Unfortunately, those projects did not materialize, which affected the practical usage I had initially planned for Zoho One.
Codelattice appears to be a professionally organized Zoho partner with expertise across multiple Zoho products such as CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Workplace, and automation solutions. Their website showcases strong implementation capabilities, industry experience, and commitment to support and onboarding. They also position themselves as a long-term implementation and support partner for businesses adopting Zoho.
From my personal experience, the onboarding and self-learning journey did not progress as effectively as I had expected. Although I purchased Zoho One primarily to understand and explore its features deeply, I could not gain enough hands-on learning or structured guidance during the period from November 2025 till now. Since my planned projects did not move forward, I also did not get the opportunity to practically implement the platform in a real business environment.
That said, I do believe the challenge was partly due to my own situation and partly due to the lack of a more structured learning and engagement roadmap after the subscription. For newcomers to Zoho One, especially those trying to learn the ecosystem independently for consulting or implementation purposes, a more guided onboarding process, periodic review sessions, use-case-based training, and milestone-driven learning support would be extremely beneficial.
