If you are running out of storage in your organization, the options available are

• You can upgrade your edition to the next plan. Upgrade option can be either for all the 5 users in your account or a partial upgrade of users (minimum of 10 users)
• Buy licenses for employees who don't have them yet to increase your organization’s pooled storage limit. To add users who don't have licenses yet, purchase more user licenses.

You cannot add more storage in Google Workspace on a per-user basis or buy more Drive storage per user for Workspace customers anymore. Google Workspace uses a pooled storage system, meaning that storage is shared across users in your organization, making it easier to manage and allocate storage across your organization. Pooled storage can be used for Google Workspace services, such as Google Drive, shared drives, Gmail, Google Chat, and Google Photos. Your total storage amount depends on your subscription and how many licenses are in your subscription. This number is the maximum amount of storage all of your users combined can use, also known as the “Organization storage limit”.

• If you have the Business Standard edition of Google Workspace, you will get 2TB of storage added to your pooled storage for each user you add. If you have 100 users, your organization gets 200 TB (100 users x 2 TB) of pooled storage.
• Similarly, you get 5 TB of storage for each user you add in Business Plus Edition.
• The Business Starter edition of Google Workspace does not offer pooled cloud storage. This edition comes with 30 GB of un-pooled data for each user.

• If you don’t want this Google account and don’t want to save any of your data, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll automatically close your account and delete your data.

Sign in to your Google Admin console "https://admin.google.com" with the administrator user. Click on the option to add an alternate email address. Search for Default routing in the search box and navigate to configure option. Provide the alternate email id and submit to save the details.

To change the billing address and billing currency, the company should first have a valid proof of registration of the company in that particular country planning to change. The documents required to change the billing address from any other location to India are the Incorporation certificate of the company and the GST certificate if available. These documents are to be submitted to the Google support technical team. Once the submitted documents are verified by the Google support team, the Billing address and Currency will be changed respectively.

Check if your DNS records are missing in the DNS servers or MX records are missing DNS Management, Mail Server Configuration, or Name Server Management.

Create your password and sign in to the Admin Console. Follow the instructions to verify your email address. After the mail verification, you will get a mail soon about how to accept the Google Product Agreement. Accept the Agreement to start using your Google product.

To prevent the suspension of services, contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue with a payment method if it is the problem with the card service. If no issues are found with the payment method, Sign in to the Google Admin console and click billing to retry or update their payment method and pay the outstanding balance. If the issue is not solved, then need to add a new payment method instead.

Data will be present in the trash for 30 days, or you can migrate its data to another secured account within 30 days. To retrieve the deleted user, need to contact the Google support team and the backend team will retrieve the user after validation.
